VI. I interviewed two individuals to see what their response would be to my (our) plan. Their responses are as follows.
I interviewed Ms.Mginty and she believes that the penny should be taken out of circulation because it seems to be more of a hassle to continue to create the pennies because it cost more to make the penny and she doesn't like the fact that american tax payers lose 50 million dollers.
I also interviewed mrs. Leahy and she is in between with the penny from being eliminated because she thinks that companies ads of 99 cents on some deal will have to be changed to whatever the nickel is rounded to. She also collects the wheat cent pennies and hopes to make money off of them later but if pennies are eliminated then later on down the road the rareness of the penny will give it more value so she will make some $$.
VII. My (our) answer, based on our research, to their objections and concerns are
Concerns that were brought up to my attention was that Mrs. Leahly believes that money will be lost by havin companies take more tax money in order to create new ads. but marketers alway change their ads every two three months to keep the consumers attention so either way it doesn't matter if there is no penny. So im still for eliminating the penny.
